The Opportunity:
As an ELINT System Support Engineer, you will support the development of an interactive TechELINT processing system. You will be responsible for analysis, insight, advice, and technical guidance on complex analytical problems; specifically on sophisticated signal and weapon system problems. You will take an active role in test and design of tools for ELINT analysis.


Responsibilities:

Provide design inputs for ELINT analytical tools and softwareTest analytical tools and softwareEvaluate and asses overall system performanceConduct training for system usersSupport system users in accessing and using the systemEngage with system users to collect feedback and ideas for system improvementAssist in integration of system servicesPrepare engineering analysis of projects and contribute technical content to proposal and planning effortsConduct rigorous statistical analysis for large sets of intelligence products (e.g., SIGINT, FISINT, ELINT, and PROFORMA) for purposes of quality assurance as well as design of improved collection/processing methodsDefine statistical metrics which quantify the performance of collection assets, processing algorithms, and data types



Qualifications:
Required: 

Knowledge of Technical ELINT analysis tools and resourcesExperience with one or more Technical ELINT Analysis tools such as IEP (preferred), Aspen, Martes, ESPStrong knowledge of radar functions, pulse level detail, and general system familiarityLinux/Unix proficiencyTS/SCI clearance, willing to complete CI Poly


Desired:

Experience developing system documentationExperience conducting training for users on a processing systemFamiliarity with Radio Frequency (RF) conceptsExperience with scripting languages such as MATLAB, Python, Scilab, etc.Familiarity with digital signal processing associated with modern signalsStrong foundation in data analysis, inspecting and modeling data to improve current systems or design new systems

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
