ELT Sales Representative

McGraw Hill is seeking an experienced and strategic ELT Sales Representative to manage our sales territory across Mexico City, and Estado de Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and overall performance in your assigned area. You will focus on acquiring new business, as well as cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. Your Contribution to the Team Includes: Offer professional development services for sales team as well as professional teaching training to adopters. Iniciative to implement strategies to growth revenue through new/existing businesses development. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and prospective clients via on-site meetings, telephone calls and emails. Superior customer relationship management skills. Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with end user and decision makers. Achieving or exceeding territory sales targets by selling our products. Meeting, giving product presentations and information to decision-makers in educational institutions. (Comercial presentations are expected) Maintain accurate and timely tracking and forecasting in salesforce.com. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of McGraw-hill products, platforms, and capabilities. We’re looking for someone with: College Degree in Administration, International Sales, or a related field . At least three years of sales experience in educational publishing or EdTech services, or significant experience in educational administration or leadership. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Proficiency with CRM databases and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Deep knowledge of technology use in educational environments, including platforms and curricula. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
