Job Description Insight Global is seeking an email hand-coder for one week of full-time hours followed by part-time hours afterwards. Responsibilities will include the following: - Develop and code responsive email templates from scratch using HTML and CSS. - Ensure emails are compatible across various email clients and devices. - Collaborate with the design team to translate visual designs into functional email templates. - Optimize email code for performance and deliverability. - Conduct thorough testing of emails to ensure they render correctly in different email clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to email rendering and functionality. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email development. - Work closely with the marketing team to implement email campaigns and track their performance. Skills and Requirements Proven experience in hand-coding HTML and CSS for email. Strong understanding of email client limitations and workarounds. Familiarity with email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid. Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques. Attention to detail and a strong eye for design. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
