You will achieve your best if you have 2+ years of marketing experience and a desire to grow in the field of email marketing/automation 1+ years experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc. Understanding the metrics of email marketing campaigns and ability to analyze email performance Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methods to optimize email campaigns Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams Good project and program management skills Experience with customer segmentation techniques
You will stand out with Experience with other marketing operations-related tools (CRM, QA systems, mobile notification platforms, email builders, CMS systems etc.) Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
