Description Email Marketing Specialist Job Type: Contract | Location: Onsite, 4 days a week (Atlanta) Overview: We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive our email marketing strategy and create high-performing campaigns. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including promotional, transactional, and triggered emails. + Create and optimize email templates, ensuring mobile responsiveness and optimal performance. + Segment email lists based on customer data and behavior for targeted campaigns. + Analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. + A/B test email campaigns to improve performance and engagement. + Work closely with the creative team to ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines. Requirements Requirements: + 2+ years of experience in email marketing, particularly in campaign creation and automation. + Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact. + Strong knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, segmentation, and automation. + Analytical skills and the ability to interpret email campaign data. + Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
