Description Client is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist that has technical email skills related to email reputation and deliverability in addition to being able to put together an email an send it out. This Email specialist is accountable for providing hands on execution and optimization of email marketing within the organization. They handle the email's journey, optimize for better engagement, manage compliance and sender reputation, and troubleshoot delivery issues. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor email performance metrics to optimize results, spot trends, troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for improvement. - Manage sender reputation and ensure email reaches inboxes. This includes overseeing IP addresses, domains; implementing authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM and DMARC, while also keeping the email list clean and engaged. - Develop and implement strategies for improved deliverability and performance including segmenting audiences, optimizing send times and conducting A/B tests. - Keep email list clean by providing recommendations for handling inactive or invalid addresses that will boost engagement rates and deliverability. - Execute ongoing tests of email elements such as subject line, content and CTAs to improve engagement and performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with email standards from CAN-SPAM to GDPR. - Hands-on development of emails through HubSpot including: writing copy, assembling email with drag and drop editor as well as HTML, basic editing of images, following proofing and approval process, preparing and segmenting lists and deploying email. Key Results - Maintain exceptional deliverability and reputation. - Enhance data quality and reporting accuracy, to provide actionable insights driving business outcomes. - Create and send emails without errors. - Improve email engagement through improved design, user experience, testing and monitoring of results. Additional Skills & Qualifications Skills: - Excellence knowledge of email marketing and data quality best practices. - Advanced knowledge of Email Authentication Protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, and implement data-driven solutions. - HubSpot Email Marketing certification highly preferred. - Knowledge of HTML coding for email templates. - Experience with using Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing. - Strong problem solving skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or equivalent experience. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
