Email Marketing Specialist
Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for an Email Marketing Specialist with a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position. We’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience to own our email strategy, improve engagement, and drive revenue. You’ll work on everything from campaign planning and automation to segmentation and deliverability. What You’ll Do + Own the end-to-end email marketing process – from campaign strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting. + Develop, test, and optimize email workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment, product updates). + Segment and personalize email campaigns to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions. + Manage A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times. + Analyze key performance metrics (deliverability, bounce rates, list growth, churn) and take action based on insights. + Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, and sales) to align email marketing with broader campaigns. + Stay ahead of trends in email marketing, automation, and audience engagement. Requirements What We’re Looking For + 4+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing. + Proven track record of improving email performance through segmentation, automation, and testing. + Deep understanding of email platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable. + Strong analytical mindset – you make decisions based on data, not just intuition. + Experience with deliverability best practices – inbox placement, avoiding spam filters, and email authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC). + Ability to write compelling email copy that resonates with different customer segments. + Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to tweak email templates when needed. Bonus Points If You Have + Experience working with SMS and push notifications as part of a broader lifecycle marketing strategy. + Knowledge of advanced automation, predictive analytics, or AI-powered email tools. + Experience with CRM systems beyond email marketing (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
