Email Marketing Specialist – Onsite: Tampa, FL

What Will You Do?

The Email Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in executing Ashley's email marketing program, driving revenue and customer engagement through personalized, data-driven email campaigns. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of daily email deployments, performance analysis, and campaign optimization within our Zeta Marketing Platform while maintaining strict quality standards and meeting revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Execute daily email campaign builds and deployments in Zeta Marketing PlatformManage audience selection and segmentation to meet daily send volume quotasCreate compelling subject lines and optimize email content for maximum engagementPerform quality assurance on all email campaigns before deploymentAnalyze campaign performance and provide weekly insights and recommendationsCollaborate with creative and merchandising teams to bring campaigns to lifeMaintain campaign calendar and coordinate with cross-functional partnersSupport personalization and A/B testing initiativesMonitor and report on key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversionEnsure all emails adhere to best practices and compliance requirements

What Do You Need?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketingProven experience with email marketing platforms (Zeta, Braze, Kalviyo, or similar)Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent attention to detail and quality control capabilitiesStrong project management and organizational skillsProficient in HTML/CSSUnderstanding of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail or e-commerce email marketingKnowledge of personalization and marketing automationExperience with A/B testing and optimizationUnderstanding of customer segmentation strategiesExperience with mobile-responsive email design

Technical Skills

Email Marketing Platforms (Zeta preferred)HTML/CSS, Shopify/Liquid scripting languageMicrosoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Google AnalyticsData visualization toolsProject management tools

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing CRM and works closely with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to drive Ashley's email marketing success.
