Email Marketing Specialist - CPO

Major Responsibilities:

Assist with marketing calendar planning and execution of associated email, SMS, and social production (build & schedule). Leverage analytics to understand and report out on performance as well as identify opportunities to improve and optimize the program. Propose and conduct A/B testing, collect and communicate challenges and opportunities to internal teams. Assist with loyalty program management. Stay up to date with competitive trends in the market, leverage insights to influence future retention and social initiatives and remain current with industry best practices. Maintain an understanding of social media platforms, tools, and tech. Create and publish social media content across all channels that match the brand identity and tone. Support marketing team with creation and growth of influencer programs.

 Skills/Knowledge Required:

Previous experience executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, specifically email marketing & social media. Knowledge of email marketing tools (Preferred: Listrak, Attentive SMS) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Basic knowledge of HTML preferred. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other Analytics tools experience coupled with strong analytical skills plus experience in creating detailed reports and translating data. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple tasks/projects, while consistently meeting deadlines and goals. Excellent written & oral communication skills and copywriting proficiency. E-Commerce experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (BA), ideally in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
