The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our email systems, protecting against email-based threats, and implementing security measures to safeguard our organization's email communications. They will get the opportunity to expand their impact with responsibilities for troubleshooting and providing support in Multifactor Authentication, Endpoint Security, and Data Loss Prevention as required. **Location** The professional in this position can work from home anywhere in the USA. **The Main Responsibilities** + Perform operational engineering support and analysis for email security, + Gain Familiarity with endpoint security, multifactor authentication, and data loss prevention capabilities. + Assess operational business processes to ensure security is appropriately integrated. + Assess potential risks with new applications and products and provide security requirements and recommendations for risk mitigation to help the business succeed with their projects. + Directly engages in advanced troubleshooting and delivery with stakeholders, including end customers. + Consult as security subject matter expert with network architects, engineers, and others on solutions to security problems. + Recommend new information security systems and controls to mitigate emerging threats and risks across the company. + Ensure reports and findings are delivered in a timely and appropriate manner to management, operations, and executive leadership. + Author and validate security policies, standards, best practices, and system configuration standards. Consult with internal clients on security topics and policy interpretation. + Identify higher risk areas of the corporate and carrier infrastructure for assessment. + Coordinate activities across multiple departments and business units. **What We Look For in a Candidate** + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. + Six years of related security experience overall + Four years of experience within the area of Email Security + Possesses the ability and dedication to communicate effectively, consistently selecting appropriate communication methods to ensure that critical information reaches and influences the intended audience. + Utilizes interpersonal skills to establish partnerships with stakeholders and peers. + Demonstrates leadership abilities and influences stakeholders to reach favorable results. + Shows strong ownership and commitment by leading peers and stakeholders on critical projects, ensuring progress is made, met, and communicated. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $82,969.00 - $110,625.00 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $87,117.00 - $116,156.00 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $91,266.00 - $121,688.00 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
