Summary: Seeking an Embedded Controls Engineer with expertise in automotive and embedded systems for a six-month project.

Requirements:

6+ years of engineering experience BS or MS in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronic Systems Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow Experience with development software and tools for embedded systems

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with MotoTron/MotoHawk, Raptor, OpenECU, dSPACE MABX Proficient with CAN Tools such as Vector CANape, Vector CANalyzer, Kvaser CanKing Vehicle level simulation using CarSim/TruckSim and ADAMS/Dymola Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, Wireless 802.11, DSRC) - Understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle architecture - Experience in electrical/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic system design and simulation - Autonomous and by-wire design expertise Responsibilities: Develop controls for automotive applications and actuators Troubleshoot vehicle and system issues Perform data acquisition hardware and software tasks

Pay Details: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour
