Embedded Finance & Solutions Business Manager - Associate

As a Business Management Associate within the Embedded Finance & Solutions Payments Product team, you will provide strategic and financial guidance. Your role will involve collaboration with finance colleagues for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics, ensuring consistent financial reporting and alignment of strategic decisions. This position offers exposure to senior management and the opportunity to support Global and North American Payment Products. **Job Responsibilities:** + Support the creation of monthly business unit reviews by coordinating across lines of business and functional groups. + Assist with the Annual Financial Plan and Monthly Forecasting process, maintaining revenue algorithms. + Drive thought processes on financial and business management for InstaMed and JPM's Healthcare Payments business. + Support revenue and growth goals through product development strategy, client engagement, and pricing analysis. + Generate regular reporting on revenue, expense, sales, and professional services activities. + Collaborate across finance and business to ensure accurate forecasts and financial control. + Engage in creating senior management presentations and providing effective reporting to executives. **Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:** + Excellent technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint. + Good communication and presentation skills. + Inquisitive nature with advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. + Highly motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:** + Knowledge of the Healthcare industry.
