Job Title: Embedded Linux Engineer
Job Description

Our client is a medical device company that specializes in products within the medical, dental, and animal health environments. Founded in 1915 and with more than 2,200 employees, they are at the forefront of transforming healthcare experiences through innovative design and state-of-the-art technology. They are currently looking for an Embedded Linux Engineer to join their R&D team.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, debug, and test embedded firmware for a wide variety of processor architectures.Create unit, module, and system level test scripts and test plans.Participate in peer reviews of code features with other firmware team members.Interface with project leads to help define requirements and iterate designs through final release and verification testing.Support development of new hardware designs in the lab with other engineers.Implement solutions, identify, and raise project risks.Collaborate with the development team and other engineers.Code the front end and back end of Linux display interfaces.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.4+ years of embedded Linux programming experience.C++ experience.Experience working within a regulated industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsQT experience.Medical device experience.Touchscreen display experience.Work Environment

This position will be based out of the Versailles office. The expectation is to work out of the Versailles office four days a week.
