Embedded Linux Engineer - Versailles, OH - Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Linux Engineer to join our R&D team supporting products within the medical, dental, and animal health environments In this role, you will be a creative problem solver and gain exposure to a variety of technologies, concepts, and techniques in firmware development from concept and architecture to release. You will work with a dedicated team to transform healthcare experiences through innovative design and state-of-the-art technology.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, debug, and test embedded firmware for a variety of processor architectures.Create unit, module, and system level test scripts and test plans.Participate in peer reviews of code features with other firmware team members.Interface with project leads to help define requirements and iterate designs through final release and verification testing.Support development of new hardware designs in the lab with other engineers.Implement solutions, identify and raise project risks, and act as a team contributor.Collaborate with development team and other engineers.Develop front end and back end of Linux display interfaces.Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.7+ years of Embedded Linux programming experience with C/C++Experience working within a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc.).Experience mentoring other engineers.Proficiency in QT.Experience with touchscreen displays.Experience with frontend and backend development is a plus.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $65.00/hr.
