Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with Acute-Care training to join our Infectious Disease – Transplant service at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA.  Our teams are dedicated to cultivating an environment where every individual feels recognized, appreciated, and supported, enabling them to perform at their best for themselves and our patients. Location: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital - Norfolk, VAMon-Fri; no weekends/callResponsibilities involve treating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a primary emphasis on the outpatient clinic, specifically focusing on renal and heart transplant patients.
