Job Title: Embroidery Assistant
Job Description

The Embroidery Assistant will be responsible for trimming and finishing various clothing items to meet customer specifications. This includes cutting fabric to remove excess materials, threads, and any imperfections. The role also involves visually inspecting final products to ensure customer satisfaction, prepping machines for the next project, gathering the correct materials, and preparing the embroidery machines for use. Eventually, the assistant will be trained to operate and program the embroidery machines.

Employees receive full benefits upon conversion, including Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage. There is potential for a pay increase of $1-2 per hour upon conversion depending on performance. The company may buy out the contract if the employee excels. Additionally, there is an opportunity to work in other departments and explore other career opportunities within the company.

Work Environment

The facility is well-lit, temperature-controlled, and organized. The position will start as a part-time role with hours varying depending on the candidate's needs. The standard shift is 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
