Job details We are looking for Embroidery Machine Operators for our client's custom embroidery manufacturing site in Raleigh, NC. The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for running the production lines using industrial embroidery machines. The Embroidery Machine Operator will need to have a great attention to detail and dedication to quality. The Embroidery Machine Operator will be working in a fast-paced production environment and will be expected to meet and exceed set production goals. ...
Responsibilities:
- Embroidering, often complex and of varying materials, to a variety of garments, primarily hats.
- Routine maintenance of a Tajima embroidery machine as well as an understanding of the specific tools required for different mediums is a must.
- Perform quality inspections and keep a clean and organized work area.
- Completion of custom embroidery projects according to set production deadlines
- Work safely in an environment with sharp objects and high temperature treatments

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
- Ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements, and work with sharp items and machinery that will let off steam.
- Have the ability to see details at close range.
- Able to work in a high-noise environment and use safety equipment.
- Lift, carry, push and/or up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, & reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Sit, stand & walk for up to 8 hours daily.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of embroidery work preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience with Tajima embroidery machines
- Experience in a production environment
