Years of Experience - 10 + years

Good to have skills

· Splunk, Ineoquest, AppDynamics

· SNMP based monitoring tools.

· Experience with event de-duplication/correlation and integration with service desk tools

· Well versed in open-source technologies and environments.

· The ability to work as a systems administrator on the command line of Windows/HPUX/Linux servers.

· Scripting languages.

· Intermediate level of IT experience, including Service Management and Monitoring

· Understanding of Enterprise systems and application performance monitoring concepts, principles, and best practices.

· Solid understanding of network routing, switching, TCP/IP addressing design and troubleshooting.

· Strong troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to clearly document the monitoring environment.
