Mission of the Role: Ensure EMC tests are executed to customer specifications, maintain test data integrity, evaluate results, and report data to customers in a timely manner.
Key Objectives of this Role:
Ensure EMC tests are executed to customer specifications, maintain test data integrity, evaluate results, and report data to customers promptly; Work with the Product Development Engineering team to understand specific test setup requirements; Evaluate test plans and create test sheets in line with test request requirements; Support ISO 17025 accreditation and OEM recognition programs; Ensure quality and validity of data during test sequences. Prepare and review Test Reports to meet customer requirements, providing interim data and completing reports on time; Develop new tests by OEM/ISO specifications; Develop lab capability to support new technologies and methods; Develop, update, and maintain Test software; Lead / Contribute towards continuous improvement activities; Keep up-to-date with test standards and practices; Lead / Support the development of local work instructions; Investigate and assist in the resolution of customer complaints; Ensure all equipment used for testing purposes is suitably calibrated before use.Key Performance Indicators:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunications; Understanding of general lab test equipment including signal generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers; Radio Frequency knowledge; Excellent communication skills; Very good English level (written and spoken); Experience in the field of EMC is considered a plus.
