Base gross monthly salary from 4000 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings

These are your detailed responsibilities:
Lead EMEA Market Accounts Receivables with a team of 60+ team members. (10 direct reports)Owner of cash targets, ensuring proper execution of actions and mitigation of risks to meet inflow cash regional aspirations.Analyze results and root cause analysis & KPI/target setting to drive awareness & actions to address specific issues and drive continuous improvement in the operation.Support OTC projects by being the regional owner for technical and operational matters.Proactively drive transformation, process improvement and standardization to evolve the operations into the industry best business practices. Process and policy compliance owner to ensure adherence to our company standards.Design and implementation of new AR KPIs such a cash forecast accuracy, TWC and DSOData management, ensure top class technology is in place to provide the right data insights to company’s leadership for strategic reasons.E2E process understanding in order to partner with different upstream functional leaders and drive constant process improvements to generate cash.You will report to Worldwide Accounts Receivable Finance Director.
What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
Min 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/OTC financeOTC process strong understanding & ability to drive improvements.At least 5 years of leadership experience in a managerial roleOrganized person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.Ability to work under a challenging environment and create solutions. Goal-orientated individual with strong time/ task managementExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Advanced Microsoft Office skillsEffective written and oral communication in English.Any additional language other than English is a plus.Power Bi- VBA intermediate level is a plus.Minimum education – bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)What We Will Offer You:
