EMEA Commercial Strategy and Marketing Director
Are you a visionary marketer with a passion for (digital) transformation? Fluke is seeking a dynamic and results-driven EMEA Commercial Strategy and Marketing Director to lead our (digital) marketing strategies across the EMEA region. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive innovation, enhance customer engagement, and boost our brand’s visibility in the market, while acquiring and developing talent. You’ll work closely with our EMEA leadership team in Eindhoven, dedicating significant on-site time to ensure a great collaboration and strategic alignment, as well as with key global Product and Global Marketing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to the EMEA market, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, necessary to capture, nurture and convert into a loyal Fluke customer throughout its entire buying journey; enhancing the EMEA digital experience for both end customers as well as channel partners is one of the main responsibilities. Channel marketing strategy: design the right channel marketing mix and support levels. Allocate coop and marketing actions to most impactful growth initiatives Strategic portfolio management: Support the Product organization’s PLCM work, provide inputs for regional product and service innovations, responsible for strategic pricing and annual price list completion and distribution, overseeing the product launch process and fit with global departments such as engineering, product, product marketing and global marketing. Trainings: Design compelling growth strategy for paid trainings and position them as “training-as-a-Product”. Fluke Care Plans: Design a compelling Fluke service care plan strategy that can help generate recurring revenue streams. Manage Regional Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital platforms. Leverage Data: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Play an active role in how we innovate data supply towards our channels through the PIM and DAM systems (On-Site) Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team predominantly based in Eindhoven, dedicating a significant amount of time on-site to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with EMEA operations and (inside) sales efforts. In addition, collaborating with the global Product organization to align on new product introductions, PLCM reviews, VOC, etc. to support the lean portfolio management processes is a key responsibility. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and culturally relevant media content and value propositions for various digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the EMEA region. Budget Management: Allocate the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-efficient and aligned with business goals. Marketing Communication: Next to campaign development, developing impactful PR campaigns, newsflashes and All-Employee Meetings Event Management: Lead the organization of distributor events, webinars, sales kick-off events, tradeshows and keep a central repository of all events. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns in the EMEA region. Expertise in digital tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and experience in cross-cultural environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a matrix environment. Fluency in English (additional EMEA languages a plus). Willingness to spend substantial time on-site in Eindhoven to collaborate with the leadership team and ability to travel 10%-20%. Team builder with a focus on impact, innovation, and results through leadership and clear KPIs.
