Job DescriptionAre you interested in joining an all-star communications team? If so, read on. We’re looking for a communications intern to support the ServiceNow team in Europe, Middle East and Africa, with primary focus on operations, as well as content and social media. This is a six-month internship. The primary roles and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Operations
Work closely with Senior Specialist, EMEA content & operations to:
Co-ordinate team quarterly business reviews. Support with logistics, agenda management, slide build and note-takingSupport team financial operations including developing supplier statements of work, processing invoices, assisting with vendor setup and liaising with accounts payable Co-ordinate team communications planning process on a quarterly basis Manage quarterly reporting process across EMEA communications team Ensure the external communications agency SharePoint site is up-to-date with all relevant information to be used by agencies in promoting ServiceNow Attend all EMEA comms team meetings, keeping the agenda and meeting actions updatedSocial media
Work closely with EMEA content and social team to:
Maintain and track performance of employee advocacy social content in UK, France, Germany and Netherlands Support with LinkedIn community management Coordinate and analyse social boosting programme analytics Support with creating social assets in line with brand guidelines Assist with social media content capture at ServiceNow events (as required)Content
Work closely with Senior Specialist, EMEA content & operations to:
Update and maintain content record repository Stage content for ServiceNow EMEA Blogs Analyse content performance and maintain analytics dashboards
EMEA communications centre of excellence support
Ad-hoc project work across employee communications, integrated communications and analyst relations to develop knowledge of the integrated communications mix
QualificationsCurrently enrolled into a Bachelor's degree studying a communications-related qualification (PR, Journalism - or similar)Super organised, with an eye for detailCreative and curious mindsetAbility to work to tight timelines and ask for additional support as neededPassion for, and knowledge of, social media channels - specifically LinkedIn, X and InstagramKnowledge of Canva and/or Figma; knowledge of Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics also beneficial Good working knowledge of Office 365, including PowerPoint and ExcelFluency in English, Additional language skills a bonus
