EMEA Employee Benefits Associate

The EMEA Benefits Team is responsible for the management, monitoring and development of the Benefit and Pension Programmes in the UK, as well as Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The team operates across all business lines and is assisted by an outsourced service centre, responsible for the administration of the Benefits Programme and Pensions. The team continues to focus on meeting its key objectives of increased appreciation of the value of employee benefits, continual development of benefits to be competitive as well as govern and control of risk and cost. #LI-DA1

Within the EMEA Benefits and Pensions Team, this role is primarily tasked with the successful delivery benefits projects, vendor management and benefits communications. Additionally, the role will be required to support tasks associated with several other EMEA Benefits projects.

What you'll bring to the role:

- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or project office would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- A proven record of working with third party vendors and outsourced processes.
- A process improvement mind - able to analyse a process in detail and propose improvements and efficiencies.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mind-set - able to analyse data and summarise.
- Appropriately assertive with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
