EMEA GTM Analyst

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Responsibilities:

Support the sales go to market strategy planning, by working closely with the Business Operations teams:

Maintain and update the master data set used for new Fiscal year sales strategy planning Prepare and add new data elements that are relevant for new FY decisions Provide various territory-based analysis and data insights, based on business requirements Model scenarios to test various strategy changes ideas and enable the business to make the best decisions for the new FY. Estimate impact of changes upon the current sales model Once the FY strategy is set, provide the relevant territory planning data to the business in order to enable rep-level assignment decisions from sales managers Provide insights to the Ops leadership on progress and level of compliancy of the territories being planned vs. desired model

Once Go to Market model is implemented:

Support new Fiscal Year territory acceptance process with Acceptance % progress, follow-ups and support Q&As Review and analyze the newly implemented territory model Identify outliers and solutions to mitigate ((GTM rules not respected, additional changes to be submitted for CEO approval) Working with the CDM team for bulk corrections coming from internal analysis, sent by Ops or inserted in the Territory Packs by Managers/Ops Produce various data insights with territory as basis Own and maintain territory data for specific sales programs (eg. Strategic Clients Program)

Qualifications:

 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Any other language is a plus. At least 4 years’ experience in a back office/data analysis environment. Strong computer skills (MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks. Attention to details, flexibility and delivering accurate results when working under pressure. Capable of adapting to changing priorities and good time management skills. Demonstrates customer service ethos, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
