We are currently looking for EMEA Hub Director (m/f/d) - Facilities Management, the role can be based in any location in Germany.

Your tasks:

Support IFM Lead and team managing EMEA IFM programParticipate in the strategic development, leadership and ongoing management in conjunction with the EMEA IFM Lead and nominated members of the EMEA Management teamEnsure that the defined scope of work in nominated sites is delivered with excellence and consistency across the range of services to meet and sustain the designated Customer Satisfaction levels at all timesPeople Management – develop and sustain high quality, well-motivated, appropriately qualified and trained staff, at the correct level on nominated SitesClient Management – ensure that on site Client expectations are met and exceeded. In particular act as a senior point of escalation for all strategic customer facing matters, acting as the EMEA IFM Lead representative when appropriateContracts Management – ensure that all contracts are professionally managed and safely delivered by Site teams and appropriately qualified and appointed ContractorsFinance Management – ensure that financial management is sound and in accordance with approved accounting procedures; meet all Site financial and budget savings targetsHealth and Safety Management – ensure that Site operations are carried out in a safe working environment and that EHS standards are sustained across all sitesSite Operations Management – review, co-ordinate and ensure that Industry Best Practice is implemented and sustained at all sitesSupport the Account Team in terms of driving EMEA wide initiatives across Engineering Service Delivery, Strategic Objectives, Asset Management, Energy and Sustainability, Client First Interface and delivery of the Annual Account PlanSupport the overall delivery of IFM operations across portfolio of sites in terms of contract delivery, EHS, engineering services, legislative compliance, contractor management, promoting sustainability, adding value and driving innovationSupport compliance audits across EMEA offices in terms of policies and procedures including statutory compliance, Quality and EHS complianceAct as the point person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on siteUnderstand and offer guidance to local AMs & FM's in terms of hard services and technical repairs and provide guidance to FM's in terms of managing local M&E vendorsMonitor locations during site visits to ensure alignment of standards in terms of daily cleaning, periodic cleaning, PPM delivery, event management, MAC process and shipping process

Your profile:

Have a strong background in facilities management and leadershipTrack record in facilities management in a fast-paced settingA business, facilities management or technical qualification degree level or aboveOutstanding client relationship management skills with great client focusAbility to manage multiple work assignments simultaneously, manage multiple or conflicting priorities, and handle a high-pressure working environmentStrong analytical ability and attention to detailExcellent numerical, commercial and financial acumenExcellent written and verbal German and English language skillsAdvanced Excel skills with good Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills
