Execute the Logistics Procurement strategy in EMEA Region, roll out Partner Strategy and engage with Lenovo Logistics Supplier baseDevelop strategy and leads negotiations with Logistics Suppliers to secure best in class pricing and rates according to market conditions to exceed business requirementsInteract with Lenovo Business Units and align on the long-term direction and network planning, define mid/sort-term plans and deploy agile steps for execution.Own direct Procurement responsibilities covering, but not limited to intra-EMEA transportation (Parts & Finish goods), VMI, DC’s, other Warehousing locations and Customs clearance scopes.Plan, steer and develop supplier relationships on continuous basis. Act as central contact point towards strategic supplier base.Engineering of tactical bids, defines tender specifications, evaluates proposals, drafts contracts, leads and facilitates legal, security and liability reviews and executes final contracts with Logistics SuppliersExecute Leadership of the Procurement agenda as per Lenovo Corporate Compliance guidelines, Regulatory limits and right Procurement and Management principlesManage Financial forecasting, cost reviews and participates in Business cases and Regional and Global ProjectsLead Regional cost and network enhancement projects and initiativesDeal with Service, Performance and Cost effectiveness escalations with Supplier and acts as mediator in problem solvingDrive Innovation and Improvements initiatives, embraces Digitalization agenda, explores new Routing, Network solutions and Supplier Service offeringsHold direct cost, contract terms and disputes negotiationsPerform Provider accreditation, onboarding process (MSA, SOW’s, Accreditation letters, audits, etc..), contract management and rate deployment duties
Requirements: Previous experience in Logistics and/or Indirect Procurement, Collaboration with 3PL's or Working for a 3PL, Pricing Effective negotiation skills, ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document dataExceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / project

Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
