This role is 4 days based out of either of the following LSG offices Glasgow, Paris, Madrid, Milan or Darmstadt and 1 days remote working. This role will have 25% international travel

Responsibilities

Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the Flow Cytometry consumable, Antibody and Multiplexing portfoliosWork closely with key stakeholders and other teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns and programsConduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activitiesDevelop and lead partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry associationsSupport the sales team by providing guidance and assistance to ensure successful product launches and optimized sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences, or equivalent experienceProven track record in marketing roles (3+ years), preferably in the life sciences industryStrong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market dataExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentFluency in English, additional languages are a plus
