EMEA Raw Material & Supplier Quality Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This position is responsible for Raw Material and Supplier Quality Team processes management.

 

Coordinate and prioritize the timely and accurate delivery of Raw Material, supplier quality and co-manufacturing related activities. KPI reporting, recruiting, hiring, developing direct reports, and providing expertise. Team management, development growth and guidance for employees. Work cross-functionally with various local and international departments to manage raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer related queries. Acts as a data auditor for Raw Material, supplier, and co-manufacturer maintenance processes. Act as SME and main point of contact for raw materials related questions. Responsible for review and update of the Raw Material Data and Supplier Quality Maintenance Team documentation.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

3+ years of increasing responsible quality, R&D, or supply chain experience in the food industry. 3+ years demonstrated experience operating in a global environment and achieving results in a variety of cultures and business situation. Project Management Experience. Strong knowledge of Food Processing, HACCP, Risk Management Fluent English Food law knowledge will be an advantage. People management skills, strong analytical skills. Able to prioritize and manage time and team effectively, with high sense of urgency.
