**About the Role:**
The role provides financial leadership for the EMEA region of the Global Account, ensuring effective financial management and controls. You will support the EMEA and Global Finance Directors, manage monthly reporting and forecasts, and focus on Client service to meet targets. The primary focus is on sub-region 1, covering the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and France.
**What You’ll Do:**
• Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships, acting as a business partner with account management and key client members.
• Ensure contract governance by managing terms and conditions for accurate cost accounting and timely invoicing.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance teams to respond to ad-hoc information requests and ensure compliance with corporate budgets and targets.
• Identify and implement savings opportunities to maximize client value while managing overheads efficiently.
• Participate in monthly Corporate P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, providing variance analyses and operational insights.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain data integrity in client reporting systems.
• Assist in delivering high-quality management information, including budgets and forecasts, while ensuring consistent practices among direct reports.
• Maintain compliance with CBRE and statutory reporting obligations, ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet.
• Motivate and develop the finance team, conducting appraisals and establishing personal development plans.
**What You’ll Need:**
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in Facility Management industry.
• Fluency in English in both speaking and writing, Polish knowledge would be an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP Systems (PeopleSoft, iScala….)
• Hands-on experience managing teams in a multinational environment; proven track record of achieving results through others.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to decision-making and manage performance in service industry roles, including familiarity with GMP, cost-plus, and fixed-price models.
• Skill in shaping, leading, and influencing senior managers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
