EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Generalist – Copenhagen, Denmark

About the Role

Fortinet is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing EMEA team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters across multiple EMEA locations. Provide HR support across all employee lifecycle stages, from onboarding to offboarding. Partner with managers to ensure smooth and consistent HR processes. Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance. Support employees with obtaining certificates, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation. Maintain accurate HR records and audit data in the HR Information System (HRIS).

Immigration & Mobility

Support employees and managers through immigration and mobility processes. Liaise with third-party providers to facilitate visa applications and international assignments.

Compliance & Local Regulations

Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and regulations, while supporting other EMEA locations as needed. Assist with updating policies and communicating HR guidelines to employees. Maintain and manage HR documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Benefits & Total Rewards Support

Work closely with the Total Rewards team to implement and manage local benefits programs. Administer benefits enrollments and provide employee support.

HR Projects & Process Improvement

Contribute to regional and global HR projects to enhance processes and improve the employee experience. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR operations. What You Bring Fluent in Danish and English (Swedish is a plus). 5-7 years of HR experience in an international organization. Strong knowledge of Danish labor laws and compliance. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing employee mobility and immigration processes is an advantage. Project management skills with the ability to implement HR initiatives and meet deadlines. Why Join Fortinet?
