Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented EMEA Claims Analyst to join our EMEA team, based in Luxembourg. This role is pivotal in leading the ongoing management and onboarding of local smaller Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) with claims delegations across EMEA. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of TPA relationships, including onboarding, ongoing management, and conducting audit reviews to ensure compliance with AIG’s standards. Additionally, you will support TPA Governance Managers across EMEA with the governance of larger TPAs on an ad hoc basis. This position plays a critical role in AIG’s strategic priority to promote best-in-class underwriting and claims operations. Proficiency in English and and knowledge of additional European languages is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
+ TPA Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for local smaller TPAs with claims delegations across EMEA, ensuring that all procedures are completed efficiently and in alignment with AIG’s operational standards and compliance requirements.
+ Ongoing TPA Management: Oversee the ongoing management of local smaller TPAs, including performance monitoring, contract management, and regular communication to ensure that service levels are maintained and risks are mitigated.
+ Audit and Compliance: Conduct and support audits of TPAs to ensure compliance with AIG’s standards, including SOX Controls and IAG controls, and address any issues identified during reviews with TPA remediation plans.
+ TPA Governance Support: Collaborate with TPA Governance Managers to support the governance of larger TPAs, providing assistance with additional tasks and ad hoc projects as needed to enhance TPA oversight.
+ Multifunctional Collaboration: Interface with underwriting teams, FCG, Sanctions, Legal and other business units during the onboarding process of TPAs, ensuring a collaborative and seamless approach to integrating third-party services into AIG’s operations.
+ Cost Optimisation: Contribute to the restructuring of TPA teams to reduce the overall cost of TPA governance by promoting centralised governance strategies and streamlining processes across the EMEA region.
+ Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on TPA performance, audit outcomes, and governance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration in managing TPAs.
+ Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to AIG’s strategic initiatives and play a key role in enhancing claims governance and efficiency across the EMEA region. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and have the required language skills and experience, we encourage you to apply. Join AIG and be a part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
