An opportunity exists for an ambitious, highly motivated professional to join SDE as a Manager and drive to achieve Apple’s financial plans by maximising sales with efficient execution across all our routes to market. This is a highly visible and critical role that provides leadership on a cross functional basis across the wider operations organisation. Do you think strategically & anticipate change in direction? DescriptionDescription- Lead, manage, mentor and develop a team of dedicated and focused professionals in delivering our best in class execution goals across both standard and peak event activities. - Play a lead role in cross-functionally stitching across the operations organisation for all key execution activities, particularly NPI (new product introduction). Have the ability to scale from the detail to the higher more strategy perspective to ensure the best solutions are identified across all the partners. - Continue to evolve the management system around BAU (business as usual), NPI (new product introduction) and peak event execution. - Influence and deliver process & system innovation as part of the SDE strategy for more seamless execution - such as exception identification and execution of the resolution as part of a single activity, including the associated change management activities. - Leverage data and metrics in support of Execution Optimisation. Consider supply chain sustainability and cost balanced with customer requirements. - Ideate & deliver on cross functional innovation within Operations for shared tools and processes. Data and table management for execution configuration is a critical element within this. - Bring E2E thought leadership daily both in region and globally. Challenge the status quo, promote & deliver strategic change. - Enhance the strategy to embed Data Science, ML & AI solutions for execution management within the team. Collaborate with the Central Data Science team as well as the SDS (Strategic Data Solutions) team on the project pipeline. - Ensure there are strong communications to support an excellent partnership and knowledge across all the Regions (EMEIA, AMR & APAC). Co-ordinate with other regional SDE organisations as well as WW SDE to ensure that benefits in any region can be shared on a global basis.
