Completes behavioral health clinical assessments to determine appropriate care plan and disposition, develops post hospital plans for patients, provides therapeutic support for patients and their families and assists other members of the treatment team in caring for patients with behavioral health needs.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social work or related field of study. Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License or Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in social work and crisis interventions in a hospital or acute treatment setting. Experience with both involuntary and voluntary psychiatric hospitalization. Experience caring for patients with Substance Use Disorders.Why Join Providence?
