Details: - locatedin Charlotte, NC - ASAPstart date - Shift and training schedule is TBD - Providetriage, first aid and/ or referral to outside medical provider, if needed. - Maintainall records of care given to employees. - Maintainfirst-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in thecare of employees. - Contactoutside medical providers as needed to schedule appointments, and if neededrestriction clarification, or arrange further treatment. - Trainemployee volunteers in First Aid, CPR, AED, Blood Borne Pathogen training. - Providedaily end of shift reports to the Safety and Leadership team. Participatein weekly Site Case Management Review meetings with HR, Risk Management andSafety. - Provideanalysis of all incidents on a monthly basis coupled and make recommendationsfor risk reductions on work place injuries. -Participate in incident investigations as needed. - Developa return to work Physical Demands Assessments for each task. -Participates in facilitation of random drug testing. - Learnevery job function in facility to fully understand the ergonomic risk factors. - Frequentfloor time is required to better under the needs of operations.
