Practice Information

Employment is with the Intermountain Medical GroupFull time position to work in the Sevier Valley Emergency RoomOne BC/BE Family Medicine with ED Fellowship or Emergency Medicine physician to cover a minimum of twelve 12-hour shifts in the emergency room each month with rotating nights, weekends, and holidaysER shifts are shared with 10 family medicine physicians in outpatient groupOne physician working each shiftSevier Valley Hospital is a 42-bed critical access hospital; ER sees approximately 7500 visits each year

Requirements

Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with ED fellowshipUnrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted licenseU.S. ACGME Residency

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
