MGH ED is known by the community for its efficient collaborative patient centric care. The department is equipped 24/7 with a fast moving multidisciplinary team ready to admit resuscitate stabilize and treat those whose lives are threatened by time-sensitive injuries. We are accredited by the Joint Commission as a Chest Pain Center with PCI. In addition accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center.
