Overview Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide. Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. Summary: The Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (EPLO) Training Management shall manage the overall EPLO training program for the NSEP Directorate. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Manage the Career Development Course program for military personnel in upgrade/retraining status. Monitor Total Force Awareness Training status of all assigned personnel in Air Force myLearning (https://lms-jets.cce.af.mil/moodle/) and reports status as required. Shall ICW ARNORTH G-3/7, schedules EPLOs and assigned staff to attend DSCA Phase II training. Monitor the completion of all core-training requirements (DSCA Phase I & II, FEMA Independent Study courses) of all assigned personnel. Maintain NSEP training program for Initial, Mission, and Continuation training for all assigned personnel. Shall develop, organize, and conduct quarterly EPLO Orientation for newly assigned EPLOs and NSEP staff. Shall conduct quarterly review of course content (briefs and appraisals) and tasks SMEs with updating as required. Shall compile data and publishes NSEP Annual Training Guidance (ATG) annually. Shall coordinate/secure on-base lodging for all assigned O6 with Tyndall Protocol/designated POC. Assist in the development of the training agenda for annual USNORTHCOM Joint DSCA Preparedness Workshop. Maintain the NSEP Directorate’s Bio book. Shall cross train with DSCA Cell team as a backup during high Ops tempo periods. Shall track base visits for the NSEP Director. Shall alternate Unit Reserve Coordinator (URC) for the NSEP Directorate. Provide AF EPLO nominee names for Joint EPLO Course Director. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Ability to analyze complex data and situations, and provide clear, actionable insights. Strong capability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams or cross-functional environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training management to meet this requirement.
