As a Emergency Room Paramedic at MercyOne, you will assists in carrying out the phases of the nursing process as appropriately delegated by the Registered Nurse. Performs activities and functions of patient care which are task oriented and within the skill level and scope of the Emergency Room Technician, in accordance with MercyOne Medical Center Policy and Procedure Manual.

PRN only, shifts will vary.General Requirements:
Basic Life Support Certification (BCLS) required.Maintains a current motor vehicle driving license and auto insurance. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, advanced analytical skills, be well organized and maintain a highly professional manner and appearance.Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills to initiate and develop productive collaborative partnership with all levels of leadership across the organization. Ability to effectively influence results, garner support and tactfully manage complex relationships within and across the organization. Extremely high level of diplomacy and tact are required. Ability to read the subtle nuances of situation and react/plan accordingly.Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.Must obtain PALS, ACLS, and Paramedic License within first year of hire.Education:
