Visit https://www.dignityhealth.org/socal/locations/glendalememorial for more information. **Responsibilities** + Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. + Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan TJC and other licensing/accreditation and regulatory agencies. + Administers patient care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. + Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties in accordance with the prescribed plan of care centered around activities of daily living. + Utilizes established hospital standards of care and practice to guide patient care activities. + Follows the plan of care set by the registered nurse managing the individual needs of the patient with regards to their age and clinical diagnosis as indicated. + Maintains patient safety and confidentiality during the hospital stay. + Embraces diversity by displaying sensitivity to different cultures and cultural backgrounds. **Qualifications** + Experience None required with EMT Certificate + High School Diploma/GED + AHA Basic Life Support - BLS/CPR **Preferred/Desired:** + 1 yearr of acute care experience in a similar emergency room **Pay Range** $23.00 - $30.85 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
