**Job Title: Emergency Service Restoration Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Emergency Service Restoration Technician, where you will be responsible for performing restoration services on properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes. You will report to the local office and travel to job sites within the region, utilizing water damage and monitoring equipment. This role involves interacting with end customers and completing necessary paperwork using computers. **Responsibilities** + Perform restoration services including cleaning and demolition on properties damaged by water, fire, mold, etc. + Monitor job sites and use water damage equipment. + Complete necessary paperwork and enter basic job/project information using computers. + Interact with end customers to provide updates and answer queries. + Be available for on-call projects and respond to emergency situations. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor. + Steady and consistent work history with no job hopping. + Ability to work in an on-call/emergency response environment. + Willingness to submit to a 5-panel drug screen, 7-year criminalbackground check, and MVR check. + Good driving record. + Excellent communication skills. + Neat appearance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Responsible, professional, and a strong team player. + Required to be on one’s feet all day, with the exception of driving to and from job sites. + Ability to lift and carry: 1-10lbs constantly, 11-50lbs frequently, 51-100lbs regularly. + Handling of dehumidifiers on a daily basis (50+ lbs). + Heavy lifting on a regular basis. + Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, climb, balance, and crawl as needed. + Repetitive use of both hands and feet. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a robust and supportive work environment with a focus on world-class customer service and quality restoration services. The office has about 12 staff members, including the GM, Ops Manager, Office Staff, and Project Managers. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work. Employees must be willing to work on call when necessary. The job involves traveling to various project sites and working at the company's facility to load/unload equipment.
