Master’s degree in human services field along with 2 + years supervisory experience preferably in programming for homeless provider, homeless services, mental health, counseling, health services, and supportive services programs for vulnerable and at-risk populations OR a Bachelor's degree with 3 + years of experience in human services, as described above. Act 33/34/73Pre-employment drug testing

Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Emergency Shelter Supervisor to lead the day to day operations for Bethlehem Haven's emergency shelter guests.  The key responsibilities include: direct staff supervision; lead contact with regulatory agencies; program budget development and monitoring; policies and procedures compliance monitoring; report management; serve as homeless services content expert; and demonstrate commitment to a harm reduction philosophy. The  Emergency Shelter Supervisor will help the department do its best work. You will also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!
