Emergency Technician at Providence  Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Ctr-Tarzana , CA.  Positions available are Per diem and will work 12-hour Variable shifts.

Reporting to the Emergency Services Nurse Manager, under the direction of Nursing or Patient Care Provider, performs basic emergency medical/trauma procedures and patient care to patients and families of all ages as directed, in accordance with physician orders, hospital policy, scope and standards of practice. Required qualifications:

Upon hire: California Emergency Medical Technician License Or Upon hire: California Emergency Medical Technician Advanced License Or Upon hire: California Paramedic License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire 1 year of experience in acute care. 1 year of Current Emergency Services experience (maybe concurrent with acute care experience).
