The programme
As part of our Samsung UK Apprenticeship, you’ll study a 2 year Digital device repair technician (level 3) qualification one day a week whilst learning on the job. You will embark on a series of placements working alongside our expert teams, while making a real contribution to one of the largest technology brands in the world. You will gain and apply practical and theoretical knowledge allowing you to develop personal skills whilst interfacing and building relationships with people in the business. We provide full training which includes an induction and development programme.
The roleYou will be working in our Customer Experience mobile team.
The Customer Experience team in Samsung UK is responsible for all aspects of support across all products for Consumer Customers and Business Clients. It sits as a key pillar of the overall organisation alongside Sales, Marketing, and Finance locally while forming part of the global Customer Service infrastructure.
In Customer Experience, we help customers throughout the whole product ownership lifecycle, from pre-purchase advice to all aspects of product support throughout life and then again when a replacement purchase is being considered.
Required qualifications and skills:
GCSE English and Maths
Provide Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
Results driven, organised, analytical, customer focused, strong communicator and team player
Able to start September 2025

Location, location, location
The majority our opportunities are based in Chertsey, Surrey. Our offices are located in beautiful grounds, and within easy reach of London, just outside the M25. Our on-site restaurant serves a wide range of delicious meals, including South Korean and Western options.
