Emerging Technology Research Analyst

Location: Washington, DC

TENICA is looking to hire an emerging technology research analyst. An active TS/SCI clearance required.

Hybrid work schedule.  Two to three days per week downtown DC.

Responsibilities:

Provide support services to identify potential emerging and foundational technologies via literature reviews, technical conferences, and technical publications.  

Support in researching emerging technologies, industries, and companies in order to produce contract deliverables that provide a greater understanding of appropriate Export Control Reform Act (ECRA) Section 1758 controls on items and whether or not Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) sufficiently cover these emerging technologies.  

Interact and consult with the Department Of Defense, the Department of Commerce's Technical Advisor Committees, U.S. National Labs, U.S. technical agencies, U.S. research and development companies, and U.S. universities having significant emerging technology research.  

Seek the above entities opinions on identified emerging technologies to support the drafting of Notice of Inquiries.
