We are looking for qualified engineering candidates for our eMobility Experience Program beginning in June 2025. This program is based in Atlanta, GA.

This is a unique two-year full-time rotational program for ambitious, curious, and adaptable entry-level talent. This program provides you with a pathway to cultivate and lead an exciting career at Siemens. The program is structured as six, four-month rotations – each rotation is an inter-related 120-day impact plan. This position will be based in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description:

Rotate within different functional roles such as design/research and development, solutions engineering, applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, sustainability engineering, Product/Project Management, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management, and more. Create, test, and implement products and applications for EV charging stations. Comfortably navigate change, ambiguity, the fluid structure of the program, the complexity of IoT products, and the dynamic nature of the EV charging landscape. Expertly maintain attention to detail, dedication to quality and excellence, and effective communication with multi-functional teams and Siemens customers.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Rising bachelor’s degree graduates or recent graduates (must graduate between Spring 2024 and Spring 2025). Curiosity and passion for EV technology and electrification as demonstrated in personal hobbies, projects, extracurricular activities, classroom experience or professional experience. Hands-on experience with product prototypes, testing, and exploration of product functionality. Flexible, self-motivated, innovative, driven to make an impact, and a strong desire for knowledge. Always learning, trying, and problem-solving. Must be willing and able to relocate to Atlanta, GA (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel domestically and internationally as required by the program. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Agile Methodologies to develop minimum viable products. For candidates with a background in mechanical engineering: experience with simulation, heat transfer, 3D CAD, rapid prototyping technologies (machining and 3D printing), design for manufacturing. For candidates with a background in electrical engineering: experience with PCBA design, reading schematics, common test equipment (O-scope, multimeters, etc.), and/or Altium.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
