Our Estate Management of Services (EOM) team is looking for a highly organised EMOS Operations Manager to join their team to assist the EMOS Contract Manager and MIC Manager in supporting Downer Defence for the delivery of the EMO contract to the Department of Defence in the Amberley QLD region.
In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you will ensure that service delivery is coordinated with other Base Services Contractors to ensure that all Base Services delivers on site are managed in an integrated way.
What you’ll bring
Must be eligible for a Defence Security clearance (Australian Citizen)A tertiary qualification in a related field such as Management, Business or Commerce desired but not essential.Proven track record in managing large, complex service delivery contract.Previous experience in Defence or Defence related fields of benefit.Profit focused via strong budget management, with experience in business and finance administration.Experience in contract management and development.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Delivery of the EMOS Bundle Service Packages at the relevant sites.Maximise the profit opportunity while ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with PMF tolerances.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including Miscellaneous Services Contractors and other Defence contractors.Collaborate with Miscellaneous Services Contractors and other Defence contractors to ensure integrated management and delivery of Base Services delivered on site.Improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness and the overall value proposition to Defence through continuous improvement and innovation.Deliver the Primary Bundle of Base Services and coordinate and integrate the entire suite of Base Services, including the Miscellaneous Service Packages.Ensure management of the Performance Management Framework (PMF) delivers service levels within the limits contained within the PMF and where the limits are exceeded establish mitigation strategies to return the PMF to acceptable tolerances.
