Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.

Prepare and process Employee Relations and Labor Relations documents, including grievance documents, process implementation memoranda, and employee discipline records.

Assist with the coordination of HR meetings, interviews, and employee events.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Assist in addressing and resolving employee concerns and issues, escalating to ER specialists and management as necessary.

HR Reporting and Compliance:

Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including attendance, payroll, and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Assist in audits and compliance reviews as required.

Coordinate pre-employment background check processes with talent acquisition, hiring manager, and HR

Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is an asset but not required.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
