Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing a full continuum of clinical and well-being based counseling services to employees, managers and teams for a rapidly growing and dynamic Employee Assistance Program. This person will join and be supported by a dynamic team of skilled clinicians who are passionate about their work, care for each other and those they support, value team engagement and clinical excellence.Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Provides mental health related intake, assessment, short-term therapeutic intervention, support, referral and case management for a broad range of personal and work-related concerns for individuals, couples and families. Balances time and schedule to ensure the minimum productive time expected is met.Balances caseload to ensure access for new patients as well as timely follow up appointments for on-going patients.Maintains client records according to EAP/HIPAA standards; proficient in utilizing internal documentation and scheduling system.Provides EAP related trainings both in person and virtually as requested. Under supervision, provides consultations to managers regarding employee related issues.Participates with senior staff to provide crisis intervention services as requested. Effectively responds to urgent/critical incident related calls within the enterprise under the consultation of senior staff.Maintains schedule in line with agency expectations in terms of hours of clinical and other services provided.Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.), or, license eligible working toward required clinical hours – (clinical supervision will be provided)Interest in working with broad range of clients within the EAP short-term frameworkDemonstrated ability to function in an autonomous work environment.Demonstrated organizational and effective communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
