Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Executive specializing in Employee Benefits to join our dynamic team at Acrisure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefit programs, particularly in the larger employer market, and a proven track record of advising and consulting with employers. This role requires a commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Advisory:
Provide expert advice and consultation to employers on their employee benefit programs.
Assist employers with a range of employee sizes, from as few as 25 employees to large enterprises.
Advocate for clients at every level of their benefits program, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
Benefit Program Management:
Develop, implement, and manage employee benefit plans tailored to client needs.
Educate clients on the complex nature of employee benefits regulation to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of benefit programs to align with regulatory changes and client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or questions.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring clients and their employees are well-informed and supported.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to provide clients with competitive and innovative benefit solutions.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on self-funded group medical plans.
Proven expertise in advising large employers and managing complex benefit programs.
Strong understanding of employee benefits regulation and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
