Employee Benefits Account Representative

General Description: Assist Account Managers in the service and retention of clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist Account Managers with development of employee benefit summary drafts for clients. Includes annual renewal changes, enrollment procedures, miscellaneous benefit changes and/or clarifications.Fulfill request for supplies from clients and for preparation of open enrollment communications.Request census data from clients and gather general client information from identified carriers.Track receipt of ID cards, booklets, and contracts.Request contract changes and/or plan amendments as needed.Verify accuracy of client plan documents. Prepare the account managers for employee meetings. General administrative support for the team.Develop client/carrier contact sheets.Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management system. Maintain client documents in ImageRight and share drive.Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues. Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
Detail oriented and prioritizes accuracy. Ability to work in a team environment.Eager to learn new concepts and further professional development.Open to feedback and coaching.Establish effective working relationships with internal partners, clients and carriers.#LI-CS4
